To celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary, the company has collaborated with Steinway & Sons to create a limited edition piano inspired by the beloved character that started it all, Disney’s Mickey Mouse. Designed by acclaimed Italian artist Elena Salmistraro and programmed with 100 Disney songs, the Steinway x Disney: Mickey Mouse Limited Edition piano perfectly commemorates 100 years of storytelling. On October 10th, globally celebrated pianist Lang Lang helped unveil the piano at Steinway Hall in New York, where he performed four Disney classics: “A Whole New World” from Aladdin, “Rainbow Connection” from The Muppet Movie, “Reflection” from Mulan, and “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” from Encanto.
